  13. Hey all C++ gurus,
  14.    I have decided to teach myself C++ Windows programming this year and 
  15. want opinions on the best compiler. I know C pretty well but am 
  16. unfamiliar with object oriented right now. Is Microsoft better than 
  17. Borland? What about visual C++? Thanks in advance for any advice,
